East and southeast 8-15 m/s in the south, but lighter winds elsewhere. Scattered light showers of rain or snow, but fair in North- and West-Iceland. Temperatures 0 to 8 deg C, mildest in the southernmost part, but getting colder this evening and tonight.
Easterly winds, generally 5-13 m/s tomorrow, but 13-18 in the southernmost part. Snow showers in many places, but mainly fair in the west. Temperature around freezing.

Weather forecast for the next several days
On Thursday:
Easterly 8-15 m/s and some snowshowers, but fair in the western half of the country. Temperature around freezing point. Becoming northeast 10-18 with snow or sleet in the eastern part in the afternoon and also in the west during the evening.
On Friday:
East 5-13 and showers of rain or snow, but dry in the north part. Temperature mainly around freezing point, but up to 6 degrees C by the south coast.
On Saturday:
East and northeast wind and some snowshowers, but mainly fair in the south and west parts. Temperature around freezing point.
On Sunday and Monday:
East and northeast wind, intermittent rain or sleet and becoming warmer.
