Weather forecast for the next several days
On Sunday:
North 8-15 m/s, but lighter winds in the northern part. Intermittent snow in the Northeast and East parts, and occasional snowshowers in the Westfjords, but mostly fair in the southern part. Frost 0 to 10 degrees C., coldest inland.
On Monday:
Becoming northwest gale or strong gale in the southeastern and eastern parts, elsewhere much lighter wind. Snow in the Northeast and east parts, and snowshowers in the northwestern part, but mostly dry in the southern part. Frost 0 to 8 deg. C.
On Tuesday:
Becoming east and southeast 13-20 m/s with snow and later sleet or rain, but lighter winds and mostly dry in the northeastern part. Becoming warmer. Southwest 8-15 m/s in the evening and becoming colder with snowshowers in the western part.
On Wednesday and Thursday:
Southwest and south wind and snowshowers, but mostly fair in the northeastern part. Temperatures around or below the freezing point.
On Friday:
Southerly wind and becoming warmer with sleet or rain, but mostly dry in the northeastern part.
