Weather forecast for the next several days
On Sunday:
Northeast 8-15 m/s, strongest in the northwest. Snowshowers in the north and east parts, but fair in the southwest. Freezing temperatures inland but widely temperature above freezing point by the coast.
On Monday:
Northeast 8-13 m/s, 13-18 in the Westfjords and by the southeast coast. Rain, snow or sleet but partly fair in the western part. Temperature 0 to 4 degrees C, but mild frost inland.
On Tuesday:
Northeast 8-18 m/s, strongest in the southeast and in the Westfjords. Showers of snow or rain by the south coast, but mostly dry in the west. Similar temperatures.
On Wednesday:
Decreasing northeast wind. Mostly fair, but light snowshowers in the northeast and east. Becoming colder.
On Thursday:
Variable wind, fair and considerable frost.
On Friday:
Looks like southerly wind, cloudy and becoming warmer, but fair and cold continues in the east.
