30th Nordic Geological Winter Meeting

The 30th Nordic Geological Winter Meeting will be held in Reykjavík next month.
The meeting will take place 9 - 12 January 2012 in the new Harpa concert hall and conference centre.
The meeting includes optional one-day excursions to geological sites in south and southwest Iceland.
Approximately 300 abstracts have been submitted. All relevant information will be posted on the conference website. Questions or comments should be directed to the Organizing Committee by e-mail to the Chairman of the Geoscience Society of Iceland, Þorsteinn Sæmundsson steini@nnv.is.
