Break out group session:

Purpose: To develop a 'climate change' adaptation plan -> methodology and guidelines for adaptive management (clarifying in a stepwise manner by which level of participation, uncertainty assessments and adaptation/versus adaptive management).

Case + theme discussion:
Case A: Local but comprehensive case (Horsens fjord )
Case B: Road infrastructure planning & operation (Finnish case)
