No observations were received from ships but 3rd April one observation was received from land, reporting an ice berg in location 65°42' N 32°07'W.
On the Greenland Straight easterlies were predominant but occasionally strong southwesterly wind prevailed for a few days

Regional series are compiled based on regions
having similar climatological characteristics and
streamflow regimes. These series are also useful
for evaluating patterns and trends, both in time and
by region. Regional series for precipitation,
temperature and runoff are being compiled,
updated and analysed within the CES project.
