East and northeast 10-18 m/s, but 18-25 in Southeast-Iceland and the southernmost part until afternoon. Widespread rain, but sleet inland in the northeast part. Temperatures 2 to 12 degrees C, coldest inland in the northeast.
North and northwest 8-15 m/s tomorrow, but lighter winds in the west. Rain and sleet in the north and east, but partly cloudy in the south and west. Decreasing winds and precipitation during the afternoon and evening. Temperatures 4 to 12 degrees C, mildest in the southeast.

Weather forecast for the next several days
On Sunday:
North and northwest 8-15 m/s but rather stronger wind in the far East. Intermittent rain in the North and East parts, but fair weather in the southern and western parts. Temperatures 3 to 12 degrees C., warmest in the Southeast part. Lighter wind and rain in the evening.
On Monday:
Becoming southeast 10-18 m/s, strongest in the southernmost part. Widely rain but less precipitation in North Iceland. Temp. 7 to 12 deg.C.
On Tuesday:
Southerly wind, widely 5-13m/s and some rain in most parts, but Northeast 8-15m/s in the Northeast. Increasing winds and rain again in the afternoon. Temp 8 to 16 deg., warmest in the Northeast.
On Wednesday:
Southwesterly winds and showers of rain, but Northeast wind and showers of sleet in Northwest Iceland. Mainly dry in the Northeast and East parts. Temp. 7 to 15 deg. C., but 2 to 7 deg. in the Westfjords.
On Thursday:
Southwesterly wind with some light precipitation, but mostly dry and fair in the eastern part. Temp. 5 to 10 deg.C.
On Friday:
Looks like southerly wind. Some scattered precipitation and similar temperatures.
