Southerly 5-13 m/s, but slightly stronger winds in the Westfjords during the night. Showers of snow or sleet in most places, but mostly dry in the northeast.
Becoming southeast 13-20 m/s with increasing snow shower activity for some time in the east in the afternoon. Day time temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees C.

On Monday:
Becoming east and southeast 10 to 18 m/s with snow or rain but mostly dry in the north part until evening. Temperatures 0 to 6 degrees Celcius. Turns to southwest 8 to 15 with rain- or snow showers in the south and west parts by evening.
On Tuesday:
Southwesterly or variable wind, 3-10, partly cloudy and isolated snow showers but becoming fair in northeast and east parts. Increasing east wind with snow or sleet in the south and east parts by afternoon. Similar temperatures.
On Wednesday:
Rather light southwesterly wind, but northeast 13 to 20 in the northwestern part. Widely snow or sleet, but less precipitation in the south and east. Temperatures around freezing point.
On Thursday and Friday:
Strong north wind with snow but mostly dry in the south. Temperatures around freezing point.
On Saturday:
Looks liek variable wind. Light snow showers in the east part until late afternoon but elsewhere mainly fair. Frost 2 to 10 deg, C. Increasing southerly wind with snow or rain and becoming warmer in the west part by evening.
