North 10-15 m/s in the easternmost part today, elsewhere 3-10. Intermittent snow in East-Iceland, and scattered snowshowers in the north, but fair in the south part. Frost 0 to 10 deg. C.
Becoming northwest 15-28 m/s tomorrow, strongest in the Eastfjords, but lighter wind in the western half of Iceland. Snow and blowing snow in Northeast- and East-Icleland, snowshowers in the northwest, but mostly dry in the south part. Remaining cold. Becoming dry and decreasing wind tomorrow evening.

Weather forecast for the next several days
On Tuesday:
Southeast 13-20 m/s with snow at first and later rain or sleet but lighter and mainly fair in the Northeast part of Iceland. Becoming warmer, temperature 0 to 7 degrees C. in the afternoon, mildest in the Southernmost part, South 8-15 by evening and becoming colder in the West part with snowshowers.
On Wednesday:
Southwest 5-13 and snowshowers in the South and West part but mainly fair elsewhere. Widely frost 0 to 5 degrees C.
On Thursday:
Southerly wind 3-10 and snowshowers but fair in the North and East part. Southeast 8-15 and snow in the Southern half of the country by evening. Frost 0 to 8 degrees C., coldest in the North.
On Friday:
South 5-13 but 13-18 in the West part of the country. Snow or snowshowers but dry and fair in the North and East part. Similar temperatures.
On Saturday:
Strong southeast wind with snow or sleet but temporarerly rain in the lowlands. Becoming warmer.
