Northeast 8 to 15 in the northwest part, but elsewhere lighter wind. Widely snow or sleet, especially in the north part. Temperatures 1 to 9 deg, C., mildest in the southernmost part.
On Monday:
Northeasterly wind and widely rain or sleet, but snow in the northwestern part. Temperatures 1 to 8 deg. C., mildest in the southernmost part.
On Tuesday:
Looks like southerly or variable wind and widely rain or sleet, especially in the southern part. Similar temperatures.
On Wednesday:
Looks like continued southerly winds with sleet or snow, but mostly dry in the east part. Becoming colder.
