Variable 3 to 8 but northeast 5 to 13 by afternoon. Intermittent rain or snow in the east part. Elsewhere partly fair and isolated showers of rain or sleet, especially by the coast. Temperatures 0 to 5 deg. C. during the day but around or below freezing inland.
On Thursday:
Variable 3 to 8 but north 10 to 15 in Westfjords until late afternoon. Rain or snow in the north but becoming dry in the afternoon. Isolated showers of rain or sleet in other parts, especially in the afternoon. Similar temperatures.
On Friday:
Looks like variable wind. Scattered snowshowers, especially in the south and west but mostly dry in the northeast part. Temperatures around freezing point.
On Saturday (First Day of Winter):
Northerly or variable wind. Occational snowshowers in the northwest but fair in other parts. Frost 0 to 7 deg, C., just above freezing point by the coast during the day.
